This site generally allows free browsing with no prior collection of personal information. Only the forms — the quote request and the partner registration — require personal information from you, as a condition of our being able to reply.
Whenever your personal data is processed by contracted parties, we require them to offer the same level of security and privacy. If you have any doubt about how your personal data is processed, we are here to explain.

The controller of your personal data is Poliune Solid Works, Lda. (tax no. 505559617), registered at Rua Luís Vaz de Camões 2, 2560-684 Torres Vedras, Portugal. Polibérica is a brand of this company.

What personal data we use and what for
We undertake to process only the personal data strictly necessary to give you our services at the highest quality. On this site there are three situations:
Quote request
We collect your name and email, which are required, and your phone and the town where the job is, if you wish to give them. They are used to reply with the price of the material and, if you ask, an estimate for the installation. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps: without this data we cannot reply to you.
Partner registration
For distributors and installers we collect the company's billing details (registered name, tax number, activity code, address), the contact person (name, role, email, phone) and activity information (areas, estimated volume). These are used to assess the partnership request, give access to the restricted area and manage the commercial relationship. The legal basis is the performance or preparation of a contract, and your consent for the record. We store the date, the time and the IP address of that consent as proof that it was given.
Direct contact
If you write or call, we process your name and contact details to review your request and reply in good time.
We do not sell online, we have no newsletter and we do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for the period strictly necessary to meet the purposes above, within the limits of the law. Once that period ends, we undertake to erase, destroy or anonymise your personal data.
- Quote requests: while the request is under review, and for the guarantee period of the products if an order follows.
- Partners: for as long as the partnership lasts. If we turn the request down, we delete the record after 12 months.

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@poliberica.pt. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
