How we handle your company's data

Controller: Poliune Solid Works, Lda. (tax no. 505559617), Rua Luís Vaz de Camões 2, 2560-684 Torres Vedras, Portugal.
Purpose: to assess the partnership request, give you access to the restricted area and manage the commercial relationship.
Legal basis: performance or preparation of a contract, and your consent for the record.
Retention: for as long as the partnership lasts; if we turn the request down, we delete the record after 12 months.
Who sees it: only the Polibérica team. We neither sell nor pass data to third parties.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — through info@poliberica.pt. You may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

We store the date, the time and the IP address of this consent as proof that it was given.
